Placing an order

By placing an order with us, you agree to ​and accept these terms. If you are unhappy with our unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us by email hello@co-winshopping.co.uk.

By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Co-Win Shopping Ltd. to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this website, you are making an offer to Co-Win Shopping Ltd. to deliver the goods details in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable), we will send you confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and Co-Win Shopping Ltd. for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. Payment will be take at the point of order placement. This does not affect your legal rights. We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once they are placed.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

Deliveries

​

• UK Standard delivery (3-5 business days)

• International delivery (10–15 business days)

• All items/purchases qualify for FREE delivery.

• Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays) 

We are doing everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions

• Co-Win Shopping Ltd. pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you​

 

Delivery partners

 

Our delivery partners are the UK Royal Mail and Evri.

Our delivery services are powered by Shippo. Dispatch We will dispatch within 1-2 days of order receipt (usually quicker) with Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ service, or a similar service with Evri. We commit to your receiving your order within 3-5 working days while the stock are in our UK warehouse.​

Dispatch confirmation

On dispatch, you will receive an automated email from Shippo on behalf of Co-Win Shopping Ltd., with your tracking number, the carrier details, and the facility to track your order.​

Stock Availability

​

We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case and we expect more stock to become available, this will be highlighted in your bag. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation. If the item is available to purchase on pre-order, we will provide a promise date for expected delivery. However, if a product is truly out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your bag.

Your Right To Cancel

​

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges.  We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than (a) 14 days after the day on re receive back from you any products supplied; or (b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. This includes the delivery fees incurred by Co-Win Shopping Ltd. for EU deliveries, for which we will refund the equivalent amount charged for delivery.

Our Returns Policy

​

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we ill not be able to provide you with a refund. In this unlikely instance, we will provide images and documented evidence in support of our decision. Our decision will be final, and we will return the item to you, free of any charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returning Your Items

​

Whether exercising your legal right to cancel or returning a product under our returns policy, certain items cannot be returned, for example, for hygiene reasons. 

​

In the interests of hygiene and for your own protection, unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.

​

Please write to hello@co-winshopping.co.uk stating 'return' and your order number, and we will provide simple instructions and a Royal Mail postage label via email. Your order number can be found on the packing slip that was dispatched with your item. The purchase is responsible for securely packaging and returning the item, and using the supplied postage label (pre-paid by Co-Win Shopping Ltd.).​

Disclaimer & Limitations of liability

Co-Win Shopping Ltd. does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Co-Win Shopping Ltd. nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Co-Win Shopping Ltd. or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
