UK Standard delivery (3-5 days) – FREE

• All items/purchases qualify for FREE delivery.
• Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays)
 
International delivery (10-15 business days) – FREE

 

• All our authentic teas deliver from our Chinese Tea Store directly, we are doing everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions.
• Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays)
• Co-Win Shopping Ltd. pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you

Delivery partners

Our delivery partners are the UK Royal Mail.

Dispatch 

We will dispatch within 1-2 days of order receipt (usually quicker) with Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ service. We commit to your receiving your order within 3-5 working days and 10-15 working days for international purchase.

Our Handmade Jewellery and Home & Lifestyle Treasures will be dispatched from our Teignmouth warehouse;

Our Authentic Chinese teas will be dispatched from our Chinese tea store which is located in No.1 China Tea Shop, JinXiu Community, SanMing City, Fujian Province, China.
