A Tea for Those Who Value…

A Rare Aged Oolong from Yongchun

This compressed tea cake is crafted from Yongchun Buddha’s Hand (Fo Shou) oolong, a distinctive tea cultivar from Fujian Province known for its natural citrus-floral fragrance and smooth body.

After careful processing, the tea is aged and compressed into a traditional tea cake. Over time, the flavour becomes deeper and more rounded. During this aging stage the tea develops Golden Flowers (Jin Hua) — tiny golden specks that appear naturally during controlled fermentation and contribute to the tea’s mellow, complex character.

The result is a comforting tea with layered aroma, gentle sweetness, and a smooth, balanced finish.

Flavour Experience

With each infusion you may notice:

• A soft citrus-floral aroma
• Smooth, mellow body
• Gentle earthy depth from aging
• A naturally sweet, lingering finish

As the compressed leaves gradually open during brewing, the flavour becomes richer and more expressive.

Perfect For

✔ Tea enthusiasts exploring aged Chinese teas
✔ Gongfu tea brewing and slow appreciation
✔ Tea gatherings and ceremonies
✔ Meaningful gifts for tea lovers

Aged compressed teas are often enjoyed slowly, revealing new layers of flavour with each infusion.
