Western Style

Use 2–3 g tea per 250 ml water
Water temperature: 90–95 °C
Steep for 3–4 minutes

Gongfu Style

Use 4–6 g tea per 120 ml water
First infusion: 10–15 seconds
Increase steeping time gradually
