Western-Style Brewing

• Use approx. 3g of tea per 250–300ml of water

• Heat water to ~90–95°C

• Steep for 3–5 minutes

• Enjoy — can re-steep leaves 1–2 times

Gongfu Brewing for Depth

• Use 6–8g leaf per 100ml water

• Rinse leaves briefly

• First infusion: 10–15 seconds

• Increase steeping time gradually

• Expect 6–9 infusions of evolving flavour
