If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Gongfu Brewing (Yixing Clay Teapot or Gaiwan)

• Tea amount: 5–7g per infusion

• Water temperature: 95–100°C

• Optional quick rinse

• Steeping guide:

  • 1st infusion: 8–10 seconds

  • Increase gradually with each subsequent infusion

Western-Style Brewing

• Tea amount: 2–3g per 250ml water

• Water temperature: 95°C

• Steeping time: 2–3 minutes

• Produces a smooth, aromatic cup with gentle warming spice notes.
