Da Hong Pao, meaning “Big Red Robe,” is a famous Wuyi rock oolong originating from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, a region renowned for producing some of the world’s finest oolong teas.

The steep rocky cliffs and mineral-rich soil of Wuyi create the distinctive character of these teas, giving them remarkable depth and the famous “rock rhyme” (Yan Yun) — a lingering mineral sweetness that defines authentic Wuyi rock tea.
