Gongfu Brewing (Gaiwan or Yixing Teapot)

• Tea amount: 6–8g

• Water temperature: 95–100°C

• Optional quick rinse

• Steeping guide:

• Tea amount: 2–3g per 250ml

• Water temperature: 95°C

• Steeping time: 2–3 minutes

• Produces a smooth, easy-drinking, well-balanced cup.
