You’ll find your order number on the packing slip included with your order.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Western-Style Brewing

• Use 3–4 g of tea per ~250–300 ml of water

• Heat water to around 90–95 °C

• Pour over the leaves, then steep for 2–4 minutes depending on your taste

• You can re-steep the leaves 2–3 times — extend the steep time slightly with each infusion

• After brewing, pour out all the tea immediately to preserve clarity and flavor

Gongfu-Style (Traditional / Connoisseur)

• Use 6–8 g of tea per 100 ml water

• Use water at approx 95–98 °C

• Quickly rinse the leaves (about 5 seconds) to awaken them, then discard that water

• For the first infusion, steep for 10–20 seconds

• For subsequent infusions, increase the steeping time by 5–15 seconds each round

• Expect 6–9+ infusions depending on leaf quality

• After each steep, pour into a fairness pitcher or into tasting cups — don’t leave leaves sitting in water

General Brewing Tips

• Use fresh, filtered or spring water to accentuate the tea’s floral-honey and roasted notes

• Pre-heat your teaware (gaiwan or Yixing pot and cups) by rinsing with hot water before brewing

• Taste how the flavour evolves: early infusions will highlight the roasted rice aroma and floral sweetness; later ones will deepen in honeyed richness and soft roast

• Store this tea in an airtight, opaque container, away from heat, light, moisture, and strong odours, to preserve its delicate character
