Western-Style Brewing

• Use 3–4g of tea for ~250–300ml water

• Heat water to ~90–95°C

• Steep for 2–4 minutes

• Re-steep leaves 2–3 times; extend time slightly with each infusion

Gongfu (Connoisseur Style)

• Use 6–8g tea per 100ml water

• Rinse leaves briefly to awaken them

• First infusion: 10–20 seconds

• Increase steeping times gradually

• Expect 6–9+ enjoyable infusions

Using filtered or spring water brings out the tea’s roasted-honey charm and depth.
