You’ll find your order number on the packing slip included with your order.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Western‑Style Brewing

• Tea Amount: 3–4 g per ~250–300 ml water

• Water Temperature: 95–100 °C

• Infusion Time: Steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on how mellow or rich you prefer

• Re‑steeping: Reuse leaves for 2–3 infusions, increasing steep time slightly with each round

• Serve: Pour out the liquor completely immediately after steeping to preserve flavour

Gongfu‑Style (Traditional / Connoisseur)

• Tea-to-Water Ratio: 6–8 g per 100 ml water

• Water Temperature: Around 95–100 °C

• Rinse: Quickly rinse the leaves (about 5 seconds) to awaken them, then discard this rinse

• First Infusion: Steep for 20–30 seconds

• Subsequent Infusions: Gradually increase steeping time by 5–10 seconds per infusion

• Total Infusions: Expect around 6–10+ infusions, depending on leaf quality

• Serve: Pour into a fairness pitcher or tasting cups — don’t leave leaves in the water between steeps

General Brewing Tips

• Use fresh, filtered or spring water to highlight the tea’s natural woody and aged character.

• Pre‑warm your teaware (gaiwan, teapot, cups) using hot water to keep stable temperatures during brewing.

• Notice how the flavour evolves: early infusions may bring out woody notes, while later ones may deepen into rich aged sweetness.

• Store your tea in an airtight, opaque container away from light, heat, moisture and strong odours to maintain its quality.
