Every order is individually packed at origin to preserve freshness and authenticity.

Western-Style Brewing

• Use approx. 3g of tea per 250–300ml water

• Heat water to ~90–95 °C

• Steep for 3–5 minutes

• Enjoy — leaves can be re-steeped once or twice

Traditional Gongfu Brewing

• Use 6–8g leaf per 100ml water

• Rinse leaves briefly

• First infusion: 10–15 seconds

• Increase steeping time gradually

• Enjoy multiple infusions of evolving flavour
