Western Style

Use 3 g tea per 250 ml water
Water temperature: ~95 °C
Steep 3–4 minutes
Leaves can be infused 2–3 times

Gongfu Style

Use 6–8 g tea per 100 ml water
Quick rinse to awaken leaves
First infusion: 10–15 seconds
Gradually increase steep time
Expect 6–9 infusions
