You’ll find your order number on the packing slip included with your order.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Gongfu Brewing (Gaiwan or Glass Teaware)

• Tea amount: 4–6g per infusion

• Water temperature: 90–95°C

• No rinse necessary

• Steeping guide:

  • 1st infusion: 20–30 seconds

  • Increase slightly with each following infusion

• Tea amount: 2–3g per 250ml water

• Water temperature: 90–95°C

• Steeping time: 3–5 minutes
