Use 2–3 g tea per 250 ml water
Water temperature: 90–95 °C
Steep for 3–4 minutes

Gongfu Style

Use 4–6 g tea per infusion
Water temperature: 95 °C
First infusion: 10–15 seconds
Gradually increase steeping time
