Rou Gui is one of the most celebrated cultivars in the region, valued for its distinctive cinnamon-like fragrance and layered flavour profile.
The tea plants grow in rocky mountain terrain where mineral-rich soil and slow growth create the deep, complex character that makes Wuyi teas so highly regarded.
