You’ll find your order number on the packing slip included with your order.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Western-Style Brewing

• Tea Amount: 3–4 g per ~250–300 ml of water

• Water Temperature: 90–95 °C

• Rinse (Optional): Quickly rinse (~5 seconds) to awaken the leaves, then discard the water

• First Infusion: Steep for 3–5 minutes, adjusting to your taste

• Re-steeping: Re-steep the leaves 2–3 times, increasing steep time by ~30–60 seconds for later brews

• Serve: Pour out all the tea right after steeping to stop extraction

Gongfu-Style (Traditional / Connoisseur)

• Tea-to-Water Ratio: 6–8 g of tea per 100 ml of water

• Water Temperature: 95 °C

• Rinse: Pour in hot water, swirl for ~5 seconds, then discard the rinse water

• First Infusion: Steep for 20–45 seconds (depending on how strong or delicate you want it)

• Subsequent Infusions: Increase steeping time by 5–15 seconds each round

• Total Infusions: Expect 6–10+ infusions, depending on leaf quality

• Serve: Pour each infusion into a fairness pitcher (cha-hai) before serving — don’t leave the leaves sitting in water
