Brewing Methods

1. Gongfu Brewing (Gaiwan or Glass Tea Set)

• Tea amount: 5–7g per infusion

• Water temperature: 90–95°C

• Optional quick rinse

• Steeping guide:

  • 1st infusion: 1–2 minutes

  • Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent infusions

• Brings out layered floral and fruity aromas while maintaining smoothness.

Western-Style Brewing

• Tea amount: 2–3g per 250ml water

• Water temperature: 90–95°C

• Steeping time: 3–5 minutes

• Produces a mellow, full-bodied cup with delicate floral and fruity notes.

General Tips

• Use fresh, filtered water to highlight the tea’s aroma and flavor.

• Preheat teaware to maximize fragrance and body.

• Avoid over-steeping to maintain smoothness and natural sweetness.
