If you’d like to return an item, simply email us at hello@co-winshopping.co.uk with the word “Return” and your order number. We’ll quickly send you easy-to-follow instructions and a pre-paid mailing label via email.

You’ll find your order number on the packing slip included with your order.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept unwanted returns on earrings that have been worn due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
