Western Style

Use 2–3 g tea per 250 ml water
Water temperature: 80–85 °C
Steep for 2–3 minutes

Gongfu Style

Use 4–6 g tea per infusion
Water temperature: 85–90 °C
First infusion: 10–15 seconds
Increase steep time gradually
