Haipei Legend Oolong Tea is crafted from carefully selected tea leaves grown in the Wuyi Mountain region of Fujian, one of China’s most respected tea-growing areas.

Oolong teas are partially oxidised, allowing them to combine the freshness of green tea with the depth of black tea. This balance creates a complex flavour profile that can reveal floral, fruity, honeyed, or roasted notes depending on the style of processing.

This Grade-1 Wuyi oolong offers a beautifully balanced expression with gentle floral fragrance, subtle fruity notes, and a smooth, mellow body that unfolds gradually across multiple infusions.

Gongfu Style (Recommended)

Use 5–7 g tea per infusion
Water temperature: 95 °C
Quick rinse optional
First infusion: 8–12 seconds
Increase steep time gradually
