This compressed oolong tea has been carefully aged for three years, allowing its flavour to deepen and mature. During this process, the tea develops “Golden Flowers” (Jin Hua) — naturally occurring golden specks that appear within the compressed tea.

These golden particles are formed through a controlled fermentation stage and are highly valued in traditional Chinese dark teas, contributing to a smoother and sweeter flavour profile.

Use 3 g tea per 250 ml water
Water temperature: 95 °C
Steep for 3–4 minutes

Gongfu Style

Use 6–8 g tea per 100 ml water
Quick rinse recommended
First infusion: 10–15 seconds
Gradually increase steep time
