Western Style

Use 2–3 g tea per 250 ml water
Water temperature: 90–95 °C
Steep for 2–3 minutes

Gongfu Style

Use 5–7 g tea per infusion
Quick rinse recommended
First infusion: 8–12 seconds
Gradually increase steeping time
