You’ll find your order number on the packing slip included with your order.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Gongfu Brewing (Zisha Teapot or Gaiwan)

• Tea amount: 5–7g per infusion

• Water temperature: 90–95°C

• Optional quick rinse

• Steeping guide:

  • 1st infusion: 8–10 seconds

  • Increase slightly for each subsequent brew

• Tea amount: 2–3g per 250ml

• Water temperature: 90–95°C

• Steeping time: 2–3 minutes
