Gongfu Style (Recommended)

Use 6–8 g tea per infusion
Water temperature: 95–100 °C
Quick rinse optional
First infusion: 10–15 seconds
Gradually increase steep time

Western Style

Use 3 g tea per 250 ml water
Steep 3–4 minutes

Aged oolong teas can often be infused 6–10 times, revealing evolving flavour.
